The essentials for every entry
Date, mileage, work performed and parts used form the basis of a useful history. Keep the invoice number and the fluid or part specification. “Everything changed” does not explain what happened or when.
Plan using the documentation
Do not copy an interval from another engine or generation. Use VIN-specific service requirements, the vehicle’s service display where fitted, and professional findings. Your garage lets you enter the next check date and mileage yourself.
A backup is part of the routine
The E-FANS garage stores records locally. Export a JSON backup after important jobs and before clearing browser data. There is no automatic cross-device sync; you can import the backup on another device.
