Sources and dates
News is based on original announcements from BMW Group, BMW M, racing teams and companies directly involved in the event. We link to the original and distinguish the event date from the publication date when they differ. Unconfirmed details are not presented as established facts.
Club meetings
A meeting announcement must come from its organiser or be confirmed by the club. We check its date, time and location. Once the event ends, the story remains in the archive but should no longer be presented as upcoming.
Photography and translations
News uses genuine photographs with sources and usage terms identified. An article may appear without an image when a suitable one is unavailable. Preparation and translation may involve automated tools; underlying information is checked against primary sources.
Corrections and transparency
To report an error, email the article URL and supporting evidence to bmwefans@gmail.com. We will review the report and correct verified inaccuracies. Substantial changes affecting a story’s meaning are identified in the text. Advertising or partner content, if introduced, must be clearly labelled.
